Team-Building for Sports Clubs

Clare Island Adventures - Sports Clubs

Does your club / team need that special place to get away from all distractions and focus on key parts of your game plan while providing an excellent opportunity for team building? Well Clare Island is just the location for you whether you are a GAA Club, Soccer Club or any other type of club.

Being an island, the sense of bonding begins the minute your team steps onto the ferry at Roonagh Harbour to cross Clew Bay to Clare Island.

Why choose Clare Island Adventures team building breaks?

Clare Island is unique among all of Ireland’s islands in that its topography and varied landscapes provide for every level of competitive training activity, from climbing Knockmore Mountain at 1520 feet to running through tracks of undulating hills and loops giving good interval workouts.

The Beach - just 200m from the training pitch.  Use it to soak your team’s fatigued muscles immediately after pitch-based training.  This will help with recovery and to avoid injury.
