Getting to Clare Island for the weekend will be much easier to achieve on a Friday evening this year.
For the months of June, July and August, Clare Island Ferry Company will be operating an additional ferry service at 7.45pm on Fridays. This means those travelling from across the country for a hen or stag party, a live music session, or any other of the many draws to the island will be under less time pressure to catch their boat.
Departing from Roonagh Pier, we look forward to greeting you on your arrival on Clare Island shortly after 8.00pm – in good time to catch a live music gig in the Sailor’s Bar.
Apart from a lively adventure with ourselves, there’s so much on offer on Clare Island over the summer months – festivals, equine, yoga and weaving worskhops, and live music Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
